MAXIMUS is now banned. As for kirils I don't see any reason to ban him. If you have any suspicious, please share more details.

Suggest that Support look into player called relax in tribe called #Türkiye#.
Player relax is lvl 19, with 100 cups, sitting at bottom of Silver III league. If you look at his profile and progress, there is no way he could have gotten all of those stars with the base and troops he is able to produce.
