Probably the problem is that you can't see the information that your rewards being doubled. We were trying to reproduce this issue and that's all we could find. This will be fixed in next update which will come to Windows in few days. Please try to restart the game after watching ad and claiming your daily bonus. Reward should be on your account.

скачай версию игры 1.12.2 и всё у тебя заработает !!!!!
